Chicago In Winter: The Signature Room

This January my wife and I decided to take a little road trip in the mid west . After stopping in St. Louis for the night we traveled up to Chicago. It was about 6 degrees for the high for the days we were up there, but that didn’t stop us from getting out and taking some pictures.

The next set of images comes from the Signature Room. This is a great way to see the Chicago Skyline either during the day or at night. There are two ways to get to to see the sights. First, you can pay $20 a person to go up to the observation deck of the John Hancock building to check out the views. Or, if your 21, you can simply go up one more floor to the Signature Room to get a cocktail, and check out the views. You end up paying less than the elevator would be, plus you get a drink. It’s a win-win. If you’re a female, check out the views from the bathroom. It’s supposed to be fantastic. Of course I wouldn’t know since the men’s room doesn’t even have windows, much less a view.
